EXPOSITIVE

 

The main focus of this type of discourse is to make the audience aware about the topic of the discussion. Definitions and comparative analysis of different ideas and beliefs are examples of discourse exposition.

 

Establish a theme or argument provides an oral discourse because it contains social arguments of one or more subjects; you can choose a theme or more to make a speech or presentation.

 

TYPES

  • Informative: Texts reporting on a topic of interest. They target a large segment of the public, as do not require prior knowledge on the subject of the exhibition.

 

  • Specialized: Texts that have a high degree of difficulty, as they require extensive prior knowledge of the subject matter.
